GEN SET/WELDER – OPEN CIR-
CUIT 3374 The Ground Module detects an open circuit at the Gen Set/Welder
output. No response required. Check for a good connection at
the relay and for continuity
through this circuit. With the
relay disconnected, an open
circuit voltage of nearly 8.0V
exists on the Ground Module
output pin for diagnostic pur-
poses. Inspect wiring for physi-
cal damage. Cycle power to
clear the fault.
GEN SET/WELDER – SHORT TO
BATTERY 3375 The Ground Module detects a short to battery at the Gen Set/Welder
output. The Ground Module Generator
relay output is disabled, but the
Ground Module considers the
Generator always enabled and
restricts engine speed to Gen-
erator RPM. If MACHINE SETUP
 GENSET CUTOUT = MOTION
CUTOUT, disregard cutout and
permit motion. Inspect wiring for physical
damage and check for wire
continuity. Cycle power to clear
the fault.
HEAD TAIL LIGHT – SHORT TO
GROUND 3376 The Ground Module detects a short to ground at the Head-Tail Light
output. Ground Module H&T Light relay
output is disabled. Inspect wiring for physical
damage and check for wire
continuity. Cycle power to clear
the fault.
HEAD TAIL LIGHT – OPEN CIR-
CUIT 3377 The Ground Module detects an open circuit at the Head-Tail Light
output. No response required. Check for a good connection at
the relay and for continuity
through this circuit. With the
relay disconnected, an open
circuit voltage of nearly 8.0V
exists on the Ground Module
output pin for diagnostic pur-
poses. Inspect wiring for physi-
cal damage. Fault cleared with
power cycle.
HEAD TAIL LIGHT – SHORT TO
BATTERY 3378 The Ground Module detects a short to battery at the Head-Tail Light
output. Disable Ground Module H&T
Light relay output is disabled. Inspect wiring for physical
damage and check for wire
continuity. Cycle power to clear
the fault.
HOUR METER – SHORT TO
GROUND 3379 The Ground Module detects a short to ground at the Hourmeter out-
put. Ground Module Hourmeter
output is disabled. Inspect wiring for physical
damage and check for wire
continuity. Confirm high resis-
tance reading across hourme-
ter. Cycle power to clear the
fault.
HOUR METER – SHORT TO
BATTERY 3381 The Ground Module detects a short to battery at the Hourmeter out-
put. Ground Module Hourmeter
output is disabled. Inspect wiring for physical
damage and check for wire
continuity. Cycle power to clear
the fault.
