Incorrect Repeater Usage
The repeater cannot be used to extend the Base Station sub-inch accuracy range in the manner shown in Figure 6-4. In this
example the vehicle is being driven inside the coverage area of the repeater. However the vehicle is outside the Base Station’s
original 6 mile (9.7 km) effective range. The vehicle may not achieve sub-inch accuracy in this area.
Note: Signal delays between the Base Station and the vehicle in this situation can also make the RTK signal unreliable or
unusable.
