Installing and Powering ON the Base Station
2. Attach the Radio Modem Antenna Cable to the radio modem (red) connector on the bottom of the enclosure. Hand tighten
only.
Note: Inverted coax cable connections immediately damage the GPS Antenna when the Base Station is turned on.
Verify the cable colors match the colors on the identification label.
Installing and Powering ON the Base Station
1. Attach the power supply cable to the connector on the bottom of the enclosure.
2. Connect the other end of the power supply cable to a 12.0 volt power supply.
Note: If the AC to DC inverter supplied with the AFLink Base Station is used, it must be supplied with AC voltage
and enclosed in it own weather proof enclosure. Power supply options and installations are the responsibility of the
owner.
