To create a stored job
1 Open the printer driver. (See “Open the printer driver” on page 22.)
2 Click the Destination tab.
3 Under Destination Features, click Settings or Options.
4 Select Stored Job.
5 Type the user name and job name.
The job does not print until someone requests it at the printer.
To print a stored job
You can print a job that is stored on the printer hard-disk accessory at the control panel.
1 Press ( S ELECT button) to open the menus.
2 Use ( U P button) or ( D OWN button) to scroll to RETRIEVE JOB , and then press .
3 Use or to scroll to the user name, and then press .
4 Use or to scroll to your job name, and then press .
5 Use or to scroll to PRINT , and then press .
6 Use or or the numeric keypad to specify the number of copies, and then press .
7 Press P AUSE /R ESUME to close the menus.
If PRINT has ( P ADLOCK symbol) next to it, the job requires a PIN to begin printing.
