Clearing jams from the duplexer
Follow these directions to clear jams from the duplexer.
1 If an optional output device is installed, move it away from the printer. To do
this, stand on the left side of the output device and pull the device straight
toward you.
2 Open the lower left door.
3 Remove the duplexer by pressing the green lever down and pulling the unit
out until it stops.
4 Lift the two green levers in the duplexer and remove any media that is
underneath.
5 Remove the duplexer completely.
