Comparison of Supporting Commands
IBM FlashCopy supports the ICKDSF commands, while Version partly supports. However, if you
execute the commands to a TrueCopy for Mainframe M-VOL or ShadowImage for Mainframe
S-VOL that is in pending status, the commands will end abnormally with CC=12. See
Command Ended Abnormally” (page 154)
for details on how to avoid the abnormal ending. In
addition, Version 2 does not support the following parameters of the TSO commands.
