Because no relationship is withdrawn by performing this command, there will be no change in the
number of relationships after using the command.
Even if you do not issue this command, the write operation to volumes may be resumed automatically
if the state-change-pending time elapses. For information about the state-change-pending time, see
“Establishing Version 2 Relationships while Suspending Write Operations to S-VOLs” (page 106)
