CAUTION:
If I/O is required from the server while the split command is in process and the
microprocessor with the port connected to the corresponding host path is blocked, then the data
consistency of the corresponding consistency group can not be ensured. If the blockade has
occurred, re-synchronize the corresponding consistency group and perform the split command
again.
To maintain consistency between XP Continuous Access synchronous pairs and TrueCopy for
Mainframe synchronous pairs in the TrueCopy Open/MF consistency group, all pair statuses must
be as follows.
•
XP Continuous Access Synchronous pairs: PAIR
•
TrueCopy for Mainframe Synchronous pairs: Duplex
