Using the view operation together with standard OS commands enables you
to filter the path information listed for a specific CHA port. For details about
the view operation, see
view (Displays Information) on page 6-24
.
We recommend that you use the following command and verify the
information on the target paths before you execute the online operation to
place online all the paths connected to a specific CHA port.
Example
The following example shows how to filter and display the information on
all paths that pass through the CHA port 0A of the Hitachi AMS series:
dlnkmgr view -path -stname | find "AMS" | find "0A"
The above command will display information pertaining to only those
paths that pass through the specified CHA port.
