Description Item
Enables you to select a P9500 disk array. Select a P9500 array
Place holder for assigning MP blades to achieve load balancing. Non QoS MPBs
Place holder for assigning MP blades to achieve I/O prioritization and load balancing. QoS MPBs
Enables you to balance MP blade utilization. MP blade utilization can be balanced
only if the following conditions are met:
• At least one MP blade must be above the set threshold
• At least one MP blade must be below the threshold band.
For example, if MP blade 1 is at 90% and MP blade 2 is at 65%, if you enable load
balancing, LDEVs from MP blade 1 are moved to MP blade 2.
If you want to load balance MP blade utilization, select the Non QoS MPBs Load
balancer check box. If you want to balance MP blade utilization and also prioritize
the performance of critical applications, select the QoS MPBs Load balancer check
box.
Load balancer
Enables you to commit the changes.
NOTE:

Submit
