Select a command device from the Command Device Settings table to configure the command
device of the host running the controller.

Click Use Command Devices.

NOTE:

The controller communicates with the XP and P9500 disk arrays through the command device
names stored in the controller. HP recommends that you add more than one command device
to enable the controller to use an alternative command device, if required.

After you set command devices for a P9500 disk array, the MP blades associated with the selected
P9500 disk array gets displayed on the DLOM Settings screen and the MP blade utilization data
is plotted on the MPB graphs screen.

The Command Device Authentication window may be displayed depending on whether authen-
tication is enabled for any one of the selected command devices.
