Item
Information about the external volume is displayed in the format Vendor/ Product
name/ Serial number/ Hard disk type. For an internal volume, “-/-/-/-” is displayed.
For a migration volume, “-/-/-/ “ is displayed.
The hard disk type is displayed as follows:
•
A blank indicates Fibre Channel drives.
•
An asterisk (*) indicates BD or SATA drive.
•
A dollar sign ($) indicates SSD drive.
•
A hyphen (-) indicates internal volume.
External Volume In-
formation
Indicates if the volume is encrypted or not.
•
Enable: The volume is encrypted.
•
Disable: The volume is not encrypted.
•
A hyphen (-) appears when the volume is not an internal volume.
Encryption
Number of LU paths that are set for the external volume.
External Paths
Cache Mode set for the external volume when it was mapped. For an internal volume
or a migration volume, a hyphen (-) appears.
