5. Select the Repair radio button and click Next. An attempt is made to repair missing or corrupt
files, outdated shortcuts, and bad registry entries.
To remove HP 3PAR Recovery Manager:
1.
Log on as the System Administrator.
2. Click Start
→Control Panel→Programs and Features.
3. Select HP 3PAR Recovery Manager Software for Microsoft Exchange.
4. Click Remove. The Program Maintenance dialog appears.
5. Select the Remove radio button and click Next. HP 3PAR Recovery Manger Software for
Microsoft Exchange is removed from the system.
NOTE: Removing the HP 3PAR Recovery Manager installation will not remove the HP 3PAR
Recovery Manager repository for virtual copy management.
NOTE: If you remove a previous version of the HP 3PAR CLI as per the installer instructions then
uninstall HP 3PAR VSS provider also. The installer gives you the option to install HP 3PAR VSS
provider again. This step is mandatory, otherwise products that depend on HP 3PAR VSS Provider
(for example, HP 3PAR Recovery Manager Software for Exchange or HP 3PAR Recovery Manager
Software for SQL) might not function properly.
