Environment Variables
Installation of HP 3PAR Recovery Manager adds the full path to its executables and libraries to the
system’s and user's PATH environment variable. If for some reason this has not been done, the
GUI or the CLI will not work. In this case, manually add the full paths for the bin and ext directories
under RM_Exchange to the PATH environment variable.
NOTE:
An installation log file, called RME_4.4.2_InstallerLog.txt, is created in
%HOMEPATH%
folder for troubleshooting purposes.
Upgrading to HP 3PAR Recovery Manager for Exchange
This section provides instructions for upgrading HP 3PAR Recovery Manager Software for Microsoft
Exchange from version 4.3.0, 4.4.0, 4.4.1, or 4.4.2 to version 4.5.0.
