Down Causes a warning state in the device and
a rebuild will be performed if there is an
active spare. There may be reasons for
doing this, but it should be a rare
occurrence.
Download Array Controller All This feature is used to upgrade firmware
in the Controller. You can do this without
interruption of service.
LLC Controller All This feature is used to upgrade firmware
in the Link Level Controller. You can do this
without interruption of service.
Disk All This feature is used to upgrade firmware
in the drives. You can do this without
interruption of service.
You must upgrade the firmware on one
drive at a time. firmware downloads to
drives sometimes fails. This will cause a
rebuild which must finish before the next
drive can be upgraded.
Performance All All of the features on this tab may be
freely utilized. The data is not real time
data so it has no impact on performance.
