For OCBW measurement, CH BW and OCBW % (percentage) need to be specified
first. The OCBW will measure the bandwidth that occupies the power percentage.
Definitions for OCBW measurement
All CH BW, CH SPC and OCBW % are defined in Setup function. When the channel parameters
are set, by defining CH SPC (channel Spacing)it is easy to measure the next channels by CH UP
and CH Dn keys.
