Your system is now ready for configuring in the E6474A
Drive Test Software. Refer to the E6474A Getting Started
Guide (E6474- 90085 - which can be found in Help >
Library).
Installing the Mounting Plate
Install the receiver’s mounting plate as follows:
1 Locate a flat surface of the vehicle to which the mounting
plate can be securely attached.
2 Mark the holes for the #12 mounting screws on the
mounting surface according to the hole pattern of the
plate (refer to
Figure 113 on page 185).
3 Drill the holes, using a 3/32” (2.5mm) drill bit, or the
metric equivalent that accommodates the screw.
4 Attach the mounting plate to the vehicle, using the
hardware provided.
NOTE
Do not locate your receiver near a heat source or warm location. Excessive
heat may effect performance and reliability of the receiver.
