10. Connection with Controller
x When fixing the cable, provide a moderate slack and do not tension it too tight.
x Separate the I/O and communication lines from the power and drive lines.
Do not wire them in the same duct.
x Pay attention to the following points when using a cable track.
x Do not let the cable get tangled or kinked in a cable track or flexible tube. When bundling the cable,
keep a certain degree of flexibility (so that the cable will not become too taut when bent).
x Do not cause the cables to occupy more than 60% of the space in the cable track.
Warning
z When connecting and disconnecting cables, be sure to turn off the controller power.
Connecting/disconnecting cables with power on may cause malfunctions of the actuator, critical
accidents resulting in injury or death, or damage to the mechanical equipment.
z Insufficient connector connection is dangerous, as it may cause the actuator to malfunction. Be sure
to confirm that the connector is connected properly.
Do not use a spiral
tube where the cable
flexes frequently.
