6.3.9 SYSTem Subsystem
SYSTem:ERRor Command
Command syntax:
:SYSTem:ERRor?
Description:
This query command is used to query error messages from the error queue. From front display, if
a wrong command has been sent, the display will show an error message for approximately one
second. That error can be queried from the error queue by sending this command.
Error Messages:
“NO ERROR!” – This means no error(s) have occurred.
“BUS:BAD COMMAND.” – This means either a wrong command was sent to the instrument or there may
be misspelling in the command.
