Acquiring and Saving Wayne Dispenser Line Factors
The following instructions are only applicable for the TS-DIM installations in which the Wayne/Dresser DBox or Wayne
Fusion Controller are being used.
TS-DIM Saving of Line Factors
1. At the Diag prompt, hit D. You will see
2. For Select Section, choose the selection for Pump Section. (Will either be 2 or 3). Hit ENTER.
3. At the Pump> hit N
4. Break the current loop from the Wayne DBox / Fusion to the TS-DIM.. Wait 15 seconds. Reconnect the current
loop. On the Wayne Fusion, each Grib port will need to be disconnected individually at the Fusion. Unplug one at
a time, waiting 30 seconds before reconnecting. When reconnected, the port lights will flash quickly, then begin
to slow down. When they have decreased in speed, the connection is complete. If they continue to flash quickly,
disconnect and try again, increasing the wait time with each attempt.
5. Hit B. You will see
The above example shows Pump # 1 information. Allow pumping to continue and verify that all pumps received a Cal
Factor. The Cal Factor should populate with either a 1523, 2000, or IDDE. To see information from other pumps, you can
scroll back and forth by hitting Shift + to move to next Pump #, hit minus (-) to go to previous Pump #.
6. After Cal Factors have populated, Hit ESCAPE.
7. To Save the Cal Factors, hit F
8. To view the Cal Factors to confirm, hit A. Verify that each pump has a value under Stored Factors.
9. Disconnect from Hyperterminal or other emulator program. The storing of line factors is complete.
