Pump Specific Installation — TS-DIM / W for Wayne / Dresser Electronic Dispenser

Following the instructions in the TS-DIM General Installation section, perform general installation procedures and

preliminary tests using the internal DIM diagnostics (page 19).
Proceed with installation and reference the TS-DIM Adapter Board Jumper Selections Diagram (Figure 2) in the preceding

section — TS-DIM for Electronic Dispensers, General Installation.

1.   Verify that the adapter board’s SW1 jumpers are set for Wayne models.
2.   On the adapter board, set the SW2 jumper for current loop.
3.   Set jumpers on positions H2 and H3 for Wayne models.
4.   Plug the adapter harness into position J2 on the adapter board.
5.   Plug the adapter cable (P / N 600-0203) into the RLM II monitor cable input on the TS-DIM / W.
6.   Locate the Wayne / Dresser distribution box and wire the other end of the adapter cable into an unused pump

position in the DBox. In the event that the DBox is full, wire the adapter in “series” with an existing pump. The

following chart shows the relationship between wire color and function.

On Wayne / Dresser DBoxes with pumps wired into one side of the DBox board, only one loop needs to be connected;

for example, the Wayne / Dresser DBox TS-DIM / W Connection Example Diagram. For units with both sides of the

DBox board wired, Loop 1 and Loop 2 must both be connected. Refer to the TS-DIM / W to Wayne / Dresser — Typical

Installation Diagram for information on in which two loops are needed during installation.
