4. Select the video transition effect to apply to the selected elements. The
drop-down list besides the Wipe option allows to chose between Wipe L->R
and Wipe R->L.
As audio and video effects are linked:
• selecting Cut for the video effect results in a Cut effect for the audio, and
vice versa.
• selecting Mix or Wipe for the video effect results in a Mix effect for the
audio.
• selecting Mix for the audio effect results in a Mix effect for the video.
Any change made to a video parameter will also be made to the
corresponding audio parameter and vice versa.
5. Select the duration for the video transition effect. The same duration will
automatically apply to the audio transition effect.
The drop-down list allows the selection of the following items:
• Customize: a popup window is opened asking the operator to enter a
specific value.
• Back to default: the duration is reset to the default value defined in the
default settings, via the Tools > Settings > Playlist > Playlist / Default
Transition category. See section 1.8.2 ‘Default Transition Settings’ on
page 104.
• Specific values.
6. Cick OK.
The selected transition effects and corresponding durations appear in the Video
