An element can be dragged from the Database Explorer or a Control Panel
associated to an XT channel if certain conditions are met:

A file will never be inserted into a playlist
•
It is possible to insert a clip in an on-line playlist if

it is a lo-res clip in a lo-res playlist
o
it is a hi-res clip in a hi-res playlist

It is possible to insert a clip in an off-line playlist if
