Grasp and pull the roller assembly straight down to remove it from the printer.

Clean the roller with clear packing tape. One method is to lay a strip of clear packing tape
sticky side up on a table or counter and run the pick assembly along the length of the tape.

Reinstall the roller assembly: hold it vertically so that it lines up with the spaces into which it
fits. Gently snap the assembly into the slots so that it hangs down in the same position it was
in when you pulled it out of the printer in step c.
