Editing Multisite Contacts in the Phone Book
Call Handling
Viewing the Participants in a MultiSite Contact
Press the
Phone Book
key to enter the
Phone Book.
Use the
Arrow
keys to navigate down to
My Contacts
Press
OK
to produce the contents of
My
Contacts
.
Use the horizontal
Arrow
key to expand
the entry revealing the members.
Deleting a MultiSite Contact in My Contacts
Enter the Phone Book and navigate to
My Contacts
as explained above.
Press
OK
and navigate to the
MultiSite
Contact
to be deleted.
Navigate to the
Task Column
and select
the
Delete
icon.
Press
OK
. You will now be prompted
to confirm your selections. Press
OK
to
delete or
Cancel
to undo.
Editing the Participants in a MultiSite Contact
Enter the Phone Book and navigate to
My Contacts
as explained above.
Press
OK
and navigate to the
MultiSite
Contact
to be edited.
Navigate to the
Task Column
and then
down the
Edit
icon.
Press
OK
and edit the in the same way as
when creating a new one (previous page).
