Determining Whether a Disk Drive is Faulty or There is a Problem with the REO Appliance

Setup Guide
The system tries to re-create the volume using the disks that are
currently in the FREE DRIVE POOL section. The process will either
succeed or fail.
If the process succeeds, the volume is re-created. If the Status is OK,
you can resume normal operations with the REO Appliance.
If the process fails, an error message appears, and the disks remain in
the FREE DRIVE POOL section. You must replace the applicable disk.
