Using Your Phone’s Menus
Configuring CSD
1 When you select
CSD
, you are presented with these options:
User Name
,
Password
,
Phone number
,
Line Type
,
Transfer Rate
.
2 Scroll to
User Name
and press
+
(
Select
). You will be
prompted to enter the User Name.
3 Press and hold
-
(
Delete
) to clear the field, and enter
the User Name provided by your ISP.
Press the Menu key
M
to toggle between the available
text entry methods. (See “Choosing a Text Entry Mode” on
page
57 for more information.)
After entering the User Name, press
+
(
OK
). You will
return to the previous screen.
4 Scroll to
Password
and press
+
(
Select
). You will be
prompted to enter the Password.
5 Press and hold
-
(
Delete
) to clear the field, and enter
the Password, which may be provided by your ISP.
After entering the Password, press
+
(
OK
) to return to the
previous screen.
6 Scroll to
Phone Number
and press
+
(
Select
). You will
be prompted to enter the Phone number.
7 Press and hold
-
(
Delete
) to clear the field, and enter
the Phone number, provided by your ISP.
After entering the Phone Number, press

OK
) to return
to the previous screen.
