the Remote 48's lower row of buttons (numbered 25-48), and is accessed with the DECK 2 button. If
a Remote 48 is used, then each unit must be assigned to Master and Slave respectively, and the
remote must be connected to the Master deck. When not using a Remote 48, set the 48-Track Mode
Off on both recorders.

Select Windows | Setup or use keyboard shortcut [C TRL +1]
Click on the Network icon.
For each HDR set the network addressing (IP, Subnet Mask, and Gateway) and turbo mode as
described above and in the Networking section. Click on Apply.
In the MDS section elect the same Network Channel for both units and all of the link
options.
For a system with a Remote 48 select a master and a slave, or for systems without a Remote
48 choose Off for 48 Track Mode.
Click on Update
48-track MDS Setup from the Front Panel
Press the SYSTEM button to open the
SYSTEM MENU.
