36. use a straightedge to make sure the riving
knife and scoring blade are aligned with the
main blade. the alignment should be with the
blade bodies, not the carbide teeth.
—the riving knife position can be changed by
adjusting the setscrews at the riving knife
mounting block. refer to
page 71 for more
details.
—the scoring blade alignment can be
changed by adjusting the set screws acces-
sible through the table top (see
figure
42).
37. install the blade guard on the riving knife, as
shown in figure 43, with the m10-1.5 x 25
cap screw an m10-1.5 lock nut shipped in
the blade guard. (the blade guard/dust hood
must be installed.)
