Replacing the outlet filter (Figure 73)
1. On the inside of the open front door press the
hooks (item 4) of the outlet filter.
2. Push the outlet filter towards the front side of the
door.
3. Remove the outlet filter.
4. Mount the new outlet filter in reverse order.
5. Ensure that all hooks of the outlet filter are snap-
ped in.

Finishing the maintenance of the outlet filter
1. Close the front doors of the inverter.
2. Switch on the inverter (see section 11 on page 79).
12 Faults and Warnings
If a problem occurs in the system, the inverter notifies you using an audible signal and a display using the MMI soft-
ware. With the Powador XP200-HV or Powador XP250-HV, two types of problems are displayed: faults and warnings.
A fault is a serious problem that causes the inverter to stop. Faults are displayed on the MMI screen and are highligh-
ted in red. A warning represents a more minor problem. When a warning occurs, the system does not cease opera-
tion. Warnings are displayed in yellow. Fault types and descriptions are listed in the following tables.
12.1 Warnings

SP1 (PV SP) Failure W01 Failure of surge (overvoltage) protector SP1 on the PV side
PV Fuse Failure W03 Fuse failure on the PV side (optional)
Ground Fault Warning W04 The insulation resistance of the PV module falls below the
limit value specified for alert 1 under ground fault monitoring
(optional).
PV Over Voltage Warning W05 PV voltage > parameter [PV Operate Level]
PEBB Over Temp. Warning W20 Temperature of the heatsink for the PEBB (power electronics
building block) >75°C
PEBB Fan Failure W21 Failure of the fan on the heatsink for the PEBB (power electro-
nics building block)
SP2 (Grid SP) Failure W30 Failure of surge (overvoltage) protector SP2 on the grid side
ASYNC Warning W111 Voltage built up at inverter side is asynchronous with the grid
Test Mode W40 The system is working in test mode.
Watchdog Failure W41 Watchdog function worked and system rebooted.
Cabinet Over Temp. Warning W50 The temperature in the cabinet exceeds the parameter [Cabi-
net temperature maximum].
