the following data in order to provide you with the necessary assistance:
• Inverter device type
• Inverter serial number
• Type and number of connected PV modules
• Three- or four-digit event number and display message on the inverter
• Mounting location
• Optional equipment (e.g. communication products)
• If applicable: type of external wiring of the multi-function relay
