11.3.2 Configuring Reports
The following report types are available:
• Info reports: contain system data and are sent at regular intervals.
• Event reports: notify you when certain system events occur.
Requirement:
☐ You must have the user role Installer or PV system administrator (see Section 13.1 "Users
Configuring Info Reports
You can configure three "Daily info reports" and three "Monthly info reports", each with different
content.
Sunny Portal sends you the "Daily info reports" when it has processed all the data from the previous
day and the "Monthly info report" at the end of the month.
Requirement:
☐ You must have entered the CO

savings factor (see Section 12.12 "Entering the Amount of CO
Procedure:
1. Select Configuration > Report Configuration in the page and menu selection.
2. In the Report Configuration drop-down list, select a Daily info report or a Monthly info
report.
3. Select [Edit].
4. Configure the report.
5. To send a test report to the stated e-mail address, select [Send test report].
6. Select [Save].
Area
Explanation
Activate report
• Activate the Active checkbox.
Recipient
• Enter the e-mail address(es) of the recipient(s) in the E-mail
address(es) text field. If you enter several e-mail addresses,
separate these by commas.
Content
• In the Select channel(s) area, activate the content that is to be
displayed in the e-mail.
• In the Send report as area, select the format in which
Sunny Portal is to send the report.
• If Sunny Portal is to send a Sunny Portal page along with the
report, select a page in the drop-down list in the Portal page to
be sent area.
• If Sunny Portal is not to send a Sunny Portal page along with the
report, select Send no page.
