Settings on a PC with Windows 2000
8 To open Network Connections, click , ,
, and then Network
Connections.
8 Right-click the symbol, and then in
the menu that appears.
8 Double-click to change the IP settings
(see figure at top right).
8 If it is not yet active, select the
option.
8 In the input field, enter the same IP address that you
entered for the PC network settings on the iTNC, e.g. 160.1.180.1
8 Enter 255.255.0.0 in the input field.
8 Confirm the settings with .
8 Save the network configuration with . You may have to restart
Windows now.
Prerequisite:
The network card must already be installed on the PC and
ready for operation.
If the PC that you want to connect the iTNC to is already
integrated in your company network, then keep the PC’s
network address and adapt the iTNC’s network address
accordingly.
