Shut down the ATM

subinterface.

By default, ATM subinterfaces are
up.

CAUTION:

The keywords p2mp and p2p are available with the interface atm

interface-number.subnumber only

when you are creating an ATM subinterface. If you are entering an existing ATM subinterface, the two
keywords are not available.
