freq-value
This value specifies when an alert that has already been logged should be logged again. The value
is the minimum number of seconds between re-logging events which, by default, is 60. A value
of 0 indicates that the alert should only be logged the first time. This option provides the customer
a method to notice persistent conditions even if the first event may have gotten lost in a burst of
events.
Example
The following command creates an alert that causes an event if there are 10 or more connection
attempts in a second. When an event occurs more than 10 seconds after the previously logged
event, a new event is added to the log.
Set alert conn-rate conn-alert 10 action log always frequency 10
