Remove the printhead from the head protector.

If you are using the Kiaro! D printer, install the scraper on the printhead.
Note: This step applies only to the Kiaro! D. The serial number label is yellow on the
Kiaro! D printhead. If you are using the standard Kiaro!, skip this step.
Handle the scraper with care, and do not touch the blue area along the bottom of
the scraper.
