Inspect the shipping container for damage:
Step Procedures
1 Retain shipping container and packing materials for possible re-shipment.
2 Check to determine that all parts, materials and documentation has been
shipped with the converter.
3 Inspect converter for possible damage, and then test for proper operation.
4 Notify the Comtech EF Data Customer Service representative
immediately; if the shipment is incomplete, or there is mechanical
damage, or the converter does not operate properly.
5 Notify the carrier, and retain all shipping materials for inspection by the
carrier, if there is damage to the shipping container.
