Volume control
The volume can be adjusted using the in-
tegrated volume control on the Traffic As-
sist Pro as well as from within the various
applications.
The volume control is located on the
right side of the Traffic Assist Pro.
> Press the volume control up or down to
raise or lower the volume.

> Press the volume control to mute the
Traffic Assist Pro.
Radio remote control
You can control most functions and the
main functions of the Traffic Assist Pro
using the remote control. The remote
control operates using radio frequency
(maximum range 5 metres) and therefore
does not need to be installed in sight of
the Traffic Assist Pro.
Attaching the remote control
> Take a coin and insert it into the slot in
the base plate of the remote control.
> Turn the coin anti-clockwise.
This unlocks the base plate, which can
now be removed.
> Insert the supplied battery (CR2032/
DL2032) into the battery compartment
with the positive side facing up.
> Press down the battery until it locks
into place.
> Select a suitable position to install the
remote control.

A description of how to adjust the vol-
ume from within the various applications
is given in the individual sections.

Note:
It is not absolutely essential for the func-
tion of the Traffic Assist Pro to install the
remote control.
Note:
Attach the remote control so that it does
not impair your ability to operate your
vehicle. The remote control must not be
attached within the deployment area of
the airbag or on an airbag cover.
