Description This query returns the reference power in watts
on specified channel.

MINimum|MAXimum|DEFault.
MINimum is used to retrieve the instrument's
smallest supported value.
MAXimum is used to retrieve the instrument's
greatest supported value.
DEFault is used to retrieve the instrument's
default value.
