Description This query returns the correction factor. The
value is in W/W units.
Syntax :SENSe[1..n]:CORRection:FACTor[:MAGNitude]?[
MINimum|MAXimum|DEFault]
Parameter(s) Parameter 1:
The program data syntax for the first parameter is
defined as a
element. The allowed
DATA> elements for this parameter are:
MINimum|MAXimum|DEFault.
MINimum is used to retrieve the instrument's
smallest supported value.
MAXimum is used to retrieve the instrument's
greatest supported value.
DEFault is used to retrieve the instrument's
default value.
