SYSTEM INFORMATION
The SYSTEM INFORMATION sub-menu shows the firmware version that is currently installed, as well as the
unique Product Identification Number (PIN).
You can upload system log files, check for upgrades, and reset the REDRAY to factory defaults from this
screen. For more information on REDRAY system log files, go to
“Access REDRAY Log Files” on page 31
.
RESET TO FACTORY DEFAULTS
Resetting the REDRAY to factory defaults turns off any wireless connection and resets the Ethernet connection
to AUTOMATIC (DHCP).
NOTE: After the REDRAY is reset to the factory defaults, the REDRAY will appear to be unregistered. However,
your REDRAY will still be registered to the account to which it was originally registered; you DO NOT need to
reregister your REDRAY.
1. Navigate to SETTINGS > NETWORK.
2. Select Reset to Factory Defaults.
3. Press Enter.
