Storing Frequently Used Fax Numbers Under Abbreviated Dials
a. When a name has not yet been stored, press ENTER to
store a new name.
If you press SELECT at this time, the control panel
displays the group number entry mode (step 8).

b. When a name has already been stored, press CANCEL
to change the name.
If you press SELECT at this time, the control panel
displays the group number entry mode (step 8).

Enter a name using the same procedure as for FAX
character ID entry. To complete name entry, press
FUNCTION. The control panel displays the group
number entry.
Up to 12 characters can be stored.
