Replace/Add Fittings
99. Select one new:
811-073C TE 3/4MJIC 3/4MJIC 3/4FJIC
Refer to Figure 70 on page 62
100. At the fan return line, disconnect:
811-077C TE 3/4MORB 3/4MJIC 3/4MJIC
811-150C EL 3/4FJIC 3/4MJIC
Insert the tee at this connection.
101. Select one new:
811-725C EL 90 3/4MJIC
Refer to Figure 70 on page 62
102. Locate the existing tee
that connects the return
line riser hose to the hydraulic drive motor return
hose and one of the valve port T hoses .
Remove that tee . It is not re-used.
Use a new elbow to connect the hydraulic drive
motor return hose and the valve port T hose .
103. Select one each new:
811-725C EL 90 3/4MJIC
851-053C HH3/8R2 046 3/4FJIC
Use the elbow to connect the hose to the
existing return riser hose , and the cooler outlet.
Connect Remaining Hoses
Only hoses that are added, removed or disturbed are
identified.
