Attach Cooler Hoses & Close
Refer to Figure 44
62. Select one new cooler inlet hose:
811-268C HH1/2R2 048 3/4FJIC
Route the hose through the hole prepared at
step 61. Connect it to the upper fitting on the cooler.
63. Mark the free end of this hose “PORT T”.
This step is particularly important for kits
401-848A, 401-879A, 411-166A and 411-168A,
which use identical hoses for inlet and outlet.
64. Select one new cooler outlet hose
(hose is kit dependent):
Route the hose through the hole prepared at
step 61. Connect it to the lower fitting on the cooler.
65. Mark the free end of this hose “FILTER”.
Note: The external ends of these hoses are not
connected at this time.
Refer to Figure 45
66. Select one saved:
890-624C SCREEN FAN COVER
and four saved sheet metal screws .
Re-attach the cover to the cage .
