Update Fan Motor
If not installing a 401-956A fan motor update, continue at
“Install Fan Cooler” on page 37.
Recover Motor Fittings
Refer to Figure 27
Note: The recirculation loop hose
is likely to be full of
oil. Have the oil collection bucket and a rag at hand.
Disconnect the higher of the two JIC connections
first.
23. Remove and save one each:
811-088C AD 3/4MORB 3/4MJIC
810-037C VALVE LINE CHECK
811-077C TE 3/4MORB 3/4MJIC 3/4MJIC
811-078C TE 3/4MJIC
841-196C HH1/2R2 024 3/4FJIC
and two:
811-150C EL 3/4FJIC 3/4MJIC
The remaining fittings are not re-used.
Release Impeller
If not installing a 401-956A fan motor update, continue at
“Install Fan Cooler” on page 37.
Refer to Figure 28
24. Locate the impeller hub bushing:
890-891C BUSHING, JA X 20 MM
inside the fan housing. Remove three:
HHCS #10-24x1 INCH GRADE 8 FULL THREAD
25. Thread the cap screws into the threaded holes
in the bushing . Screw them in until they contact
the impeller. Drive them one turn at a time, in a
rotating pattern, until the bushing is free. Recover
and save the bushing, screws and one:
800-373C SQ KEY 6MM X 35MM
The impeller may now be loose inside the fan
housing.
The bushing and screws are not reused.
