Install Motor Fittings and Loop
If not installing a 401-956A fan motor update, continue at
“Install Fan Cooler” on page 37.
Refer to Figure 35
48. Select two new:
811-502C AD 7/8MORB 3/4FJIC
Install these in the motor ports.
49. Select one saved:
811-077C TE 3/4MORB 3/4MJIC 3/4MJIC
Install it at the Port A adaptor just installed, with the
MORB port facing to the back of the planter.
50. Select one saved:
811-078C TE 3/4MJIC
Install it at the Port B adaptor, with the MORB port
facing to the back of the planter.
51. Select two saved:
811-150C EL 3/4FJIC 3/4MJIC
Install these at both tees just installed, with the JIV
ends facing to planter front.
52. Select one saved:
810-037C VALVE LINE CHECK
With the flow direction indicator oriented as shown,
attach the check valve to the MORB port of the top
tee
. This valve allows flow from the top tee
(motor outlet) to the bottom tee (motor inlet) when
the impeller is spinning to a stop after hydraulic flow
is stopped from the tractor or PTO pump.
53. Select one saved:
811-088C AD 3/4MORB 3/4MJIC
Connect it to the back end of the check valve .
54. Select one saved:
841-196C HH1/2R2 024 3/4FJIC
Connect it from the lower tee to the top tee .
Re-Mount Fan Inlet Screen
If not installing a 401-956A fan motor update, continue at
“Install Fan Cooler” on page 37.

55. Select one saved:
890-624C SCREEN FAN COVER
and four sets saved (or six if no sensor bracket ):
802-005C HHCS 1/4-20X1 GR5
804-006C WASHER LOCK SPRING 1/4 PLT
804-075C WASHER FLAT 1/4 USS PLT
Orient the screen cage with the rain shield on
top. Secure it to the fan housing, at the lateral
holes
, using bolts , lock washers and flat
washers . if no sensor bracket , use all six
holes (sets and ).
