Install Controls on Upper Frame Tube
These instructions apply to kit 411-016A. For other kits,
find the topic starting page in the table on page 48.
Refer to Figure 59
92. Select one each new:
411-018L LB FLOW CONTROL ASSY
806-165C U-BOLT 3/8-16 X 5 1/32 X 4 1/4
and two sets new:
804-013C WASHER LOCK SPRING 3/8 PLT
803-014C NUT HEX 3/8-16 PLT
If the fasteners are pre-installed in the valve
assembly, completely remove them.
93. Place the U-bolt , from below at the upper frame
tube, approximately centered between the hitch top
link plates and the left hand 2-point plates.
94. The valve assembly has port letters stamped
on the valve body. Orient the assembly so that ports
T & P are toward the front, and M & T toward the
back. Secure the valve assembly to the U-bolts with
the lock washers
and nuts .
