Read Rate is entered in the text box.
Click on Modify Font button, the Select Font dialogue box is displayed. Use the Available
Fonts list to select a font and the Font Size text box to set the font to an appropriate size.
The Sample box will preview your selection. When you are happy with the font settings for
your new presenter click on OK.
When you are happy with all the settings in the Attributes tab for your new presenter click on
OK. You are returned to the Presenter tab. Click on OK to close Simple Script File
Properties dialogue box.
5.4.6 Modifying a Presenter
To modify presenter’s settings, choose File then Properties… from the menu. The Simple
Script File Properties dialogue box appears. Click on the Presenter Settings tab.
Select the presenter from the Currently Defined Presenters tab and then Modify. The
Attributes tab is then displayed. Make any changes to the settings required and when you
are happy with the settings, click on OK to save your changes. Click OK to exit the Simple
Script File Properties dialogue box
5.4.7 Deleting a Presenter
To delete a presenter, choose File then Properties… from the menu. The Simple Script
File Properties dialogue box appears. Click on the Presenter Settings tab.
Select presenter from the list of Currently Defined Presenters and click on the Delete
button to delete. Click on OK to exit.
Warning
If you delete a presenter name that is used by a script the presenter is removed
from the script as are all his settings. The default settings are therefore used
instead.
An attribute that is set for a presenter cannot then subsequently be modified within
the text
