The 'Servers' property page is displayed.
Left-click on the 'Add' button.
The 'Modify NewsCentre Server' dialog box is now displayed.
Enter a 'Name' for the server, this is a name used for reference purposes within WinCue for
these settings and therefore doesn't have to be the servers computer name. (e.g. Name: AP
NewsCentre One)
Enter a 'Path' for the server, this is the fully qualified network path for the AP NewsCentre
queue folders, it may be easier to use the 'Browse' button to help find the AP NewsCentre
queue folder path. The AP NewsCentre root queue folder contains sub-folders named by
year, then month, then day (eg. \1998\05\28), you should make the server path be the
location of the top most of these folders so that all the sub-folders can be navigated to from
within WinCue using the 'Runorder/Queue Browser'.
Once all this server information has been entered, left-click on the 'OK' button, the server
name will now be listed under 'Configured Servers'.
Now left-click on the 'Other Settings' tab.
Left-click on the 'Font' button, a font selection dialog will now be displayed, this is the font to
be used for prompting, a font size of between 80 and 100 is advisable.
When you are happy with your 'AP NewsCentre' settings, left-click on the 'WinCue
Configuration' dialogs 'OK' button, this will save your settings.
