This means that WinCue is already set not to receive BASYS downloads:
If 'Start Receiving Downloads' has been activated then 'Stop Receiving Downloads' will be
the only option out of the two that is selectable (not grayed out).
Select (left-click) on the 'Stop Receiving Downloads' menu option to prevent WinCue from
receiving BASYS downloads, this action will also close any BASYS Runorders that you
currently have open.
3.3.6 Editing a BASYS runorder and stories on WinCue
NOTE: To 'select' a story in the runorder you can either left-click on the story or use
the cursor keys and/or 'Page Up', 'Page Down' to move to the item.
Moving a story on WinCue:
Moving a runorder story in WinCue consists of dragging and dropping the story using the
mouse.
Left-click and hold down on the story that you wish to move in the runorder (the story will now
be highlighted black), move the mouse (still holding the left button down) so that the pointer
points at the story below where you want the story to be moved to, then de-press the mouse
button.
OR
Select the story you wish to move, then hold down 'Alt' and use the up and down
arrow/cursor keys to move the story up and down the runorder.
Creating a new story on WinCue:
Right-click on the story below the place where you want the new story inserted. From the
drop-down menu select 'New', 'Single Column Script'. You will then be prompted for the new
story's name (you must give it a name) and then its BASYS story number (filename on NP2).
If BASYS downloads a story with the same number as this story, the story will be updated
with the BASYS story and title.
